For those who wish to submit suggestions or complaints, the School of Engineering has set up a website that can be accessed using login credentials.

N.B. Access with university credentials is necessary to prevent misuse by individuals who are not enrolled in university courses.

Even if you log in with your UNIFI credentials, complaints or suggestions are anonymous and no one, not even the service managers, can know the identity of those who have used the service. When a report is opened, it is managed in a traceable manner by the Course Coordinator and a prompt response is guaranteed.
